SWEAT Essentials

SWEAT Essentials is our new beginner class designed to help you get the most out of SWEAT. This class is designed for beginners or those who are feeling like they need more attention. We will help get you acclimated to the SWEAT DC program, go over the SWEAT DC programming philosophy, how to use our equipment correctly and safely, and finally run you through a mock class so you feel more comfortable transitioning into actual SWEAT classes. New clients who come to this class will get a discount on their first week of classes.
